Privacy policy

The Longevity Log is a static website. There are no accounts, logins, comment sections, newsletter sign-ups or forms, and we don't set our own cookies.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are read. It doesn't use cookies or local storage and doesn't fingerprint your browser. We see aggregate figures only, such as page views, referring sites, country and browser type. We cannot identify individual visitors, and we don't keep any personal data ourselves. Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data (for example IP addresses) to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, under its own privacy policy. We don't receive or store those logs.
Links to retailers and affiliate cookies
Pages link to other websites, including retailers and brands. Some of these links are, or may become, affiliate links (see our affiliate disclosure). When you click through, that site may set its own cookies, for example to credit us with a referral, and its privacy policy applies. We don't control those cookies or receive personal information about you from them; affiliate programs report only aggregate clicks and sales to us.
We are not yet enrolled in any affiliate program. Once we join one (we plan to apply to Amazon Associates), that retailer may set cookies to track referrals from our links, and we will list it here.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone.
