Editor’s notes
Who this is. This page covers the Dave Pascoe who runs davepascoe.net and posts as @davepascoe. His X profile links to that site, and his home page describes him as “Retired, former Network Security Architect/Engineer, massage therapist, and life-long programmer/hacker, now full-time biohacker”. Every source here comes from that site, that X account, or posts the account made.
Commercial ties. Pascoe says he sells no product line of his own, and that “I am not sponsored by ANY Biotech firm or clinic!” (home page). His routine, supplement, tools, meal, interventions and testing pages each state “Please note that this page contains affiliate links, for which I may receive some compensation for purchases you make”, and also “As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases.” He adds: “I’m retired, so please consider helping to support me by purchasing via my links.” Items from those pages carry a visible note, including the previous-list items, whose note also flags his StemRegen code. His plasmapheresis page gives a CSL Plasma referral code, and that item says so.
Dates. None of his site pages shows a publication date, so items from them appear as undated, cited by access date. The exceptions are the few entries with a date written in the text: a February 2024 meal-plan update, a June 2025 experiment entry and a November 2024 purchase. His X posts are dated.
Previous versus current. The detailed doses on his supplement page come from a section he calls his “PREVIOUS supplements list and timing”. He writes that he has since changed “the supplements that I take, their forms, their brands, and their doses” under a new AI-built protocol, which he has not published. Each of those items is labelled “previous” here, cited to that section by access date because the page is undated. Peptide entries in the same section are left out, because their present-tense wording would read as current. Current doses are not known.
Prescription drugs. He states that he takes thyroid hormone (T3 and T4) and a low-dose statin. They are listed only as his own stated use, with no doses or links. Nothing here suggests anyone else should use them.
Pattern. His routine leans on equipment more than most we track: a PEMF mat, structured water vapor, an infrared sauna, red light, a CO2 inhaler, a CAROL bike, air purifiers in every room and filtered water. Much of it appears on pages with affiliate links. Sauna use is the most repeated item, rising from a minimum of three times a week on an undated page to “daily” in a March 2026 post.
Gaps. The current supplement protocol, current peptide use, and sauna temperature are not stated. Numeric biological-age results posted on his site date to 2023. A guest podcast transcript from August 2025 was not used because it is unverified.
